Summary: Unable to found catalina.bat in Tomcat 5.5

Initial Comment:
I have installed the Tomcat 5.5 downloaded today from 
Jakarta. However, I cannot find any "catalina.bat" in 
the "bin" folder. There are only 2 executables and 3 
JAR.

How can I change the JAVA_OPTS?
