Hi Mark. Yea there was something funny with my CVS client. It was
showing those updates checked in.
Rather than fix the problem I've decided to remove the relationship
graphs and the libraries it uses. I don't think many people use JMX
relations and it'll save space in the download. It was never
completely implemented anyway. Commits on their way.
