[Mc4j-development] Connecting to Tomcat 5.0.19

I followed the instructions at:
http://mc4j.sourceforge.net/usageTomcat.html

However when go I into mc4j and configure it to
connect to MX4J I have no idea what to put in for
JNDI name - what should this be? Is it configurable?
