Summary: JSR160 vs. MX4J 2.x Connection confusion

Initial Comment:
The choice of connection types is confusing given that 
MX4J now has standardized on the JSR160 style 
connector type.

The connections should be described or renamed to be 
more like {MX4J 1.x}, {JSR 160} /{MX4J 2.x}. Maybe 
just a message that pops up when you select each of 
the connection types.

I have added a message field to the connection panel to 
warn mx4j 2.x users to use the jsr 160 connection.
