[Mc4j-development] Build requirements

I checked the source out and I'm trying to build, but I'm getting the
following error.  What, other than Ant, is required to build?

C:\mc4j\mc4j\build.xml:60: The <jar> task doesn't support the nested "
zipgroupfileset" element.
