[Mc4j-development] HEAD does not build

Hi Greg,

  I currently can not build MC4J from CVS Head. It appears that you have not 
yet performed a CVS Add on the following new classes:

org.mc4j.console.swing.ExtendedExplorerPanel
org.mc4j.console.install.WeblogicInstall
org.mc4j.console.install.JdmkInstall

  Would you mind adding these files so that I can build the most current 
source?

  Also, if you haven't already seen, I have submitted suggested patches to 
Sourceforge.
