[Mc4j-user] How to run this thing

Hi, please excuse me for any ignorant I may appear to be.  However, I looked at the web site, wiki, documentation, google, I just can't find a way to run the jar file downloaded at:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mc4j/

I unzip it, there is another jar, some other jars in the sub folders, some class files.

So, what is the steps, the command to run this thing?  Shouldn't the web page start out with this command?  How could this be not there in the first place?  I develop Java everyday, and just shock to see this.
