#42 Change JSR-77 tree

To become the MC4J more easy to use and in my opinion
compliant with the JSR-77 I suggest change the JSR-77
tree to obey the JSR-77 version 1.0 item 3.2 and item 3.3

This form the hierarchy will be J2EEDomain -->
J2EEServer´s etc.

The actual tree we have J2EEDomain and J2EEServer in
the same level.(tested in JBoss 4.0.2).
