#17 SSL/TLS JSR160 connectors

Hi, currently the MC4J JSR 160 client connectors cannot
work with SSL/TLS connections.
Some JMX implementations (MX4J) compatible with JSR
160 can create JRMP server connectors that can
communicate with SSL or TLS.

This would be a good idea to add such support for more
secure communications between the client and server.
