#8 Installation Errors

I would like to install this package, and have attempted to do so but it gives me errors. I am running Linux Mint 17, am I dreaming being able to install this on here? All I want to do is run a couple Tradewars games, and join a couple message networks. Thanks!

I am running Linux Mint 17

I have a VM with Mint 17.2 installed but haven't tried installing mbsebbs there as yet.

am I dreaming being able to install this on here?

Note that installs have been done successfully on Debian and Ubuntu, so it should also work on Linux Mint.

I've been trying for couple days getting mbse going on an ubuntu vm to no avail running the script install. It seems either was written for an older version (I'm on 16.04) or it's buggy. The pack I've found is 1.0.6 from sourceforge.

Any ideias on how to get it going?

The installation scripts were tested with an older version of Ubuntu. I do
have a copy of 16.04 here, so I can attempt a test install and see if
something is broken. What error messages are you seeing?

An issue installing for the first time on a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 or later has been found and fixed in v1.0.6.8.
