For integrals, there is an online resource: [integral-calculator.com/](https://www.integral-calculator.com/) The website says the calculator uses Maxima. Whether step-by-step solutions help a student learn math or not depends on the student. I had a calculus student who used this integral calculator occasionally when he couldn't compute an integral, but he thoroughly revised the steps in the answer until he understood.
