I looked at the conjugate.lisp file.

In the last line of the conjugate-acos  function, as well as the -asin, 
etc ones,
just replace (%acos)  with (%acos simp)   etc for the others.
Should work fine, since the argument acos(x) etc was already simplified 
before simplifying conjugate()
