Another thing the lisp-only build won't build is "winkill.exe".

=> perhaps we should add these two files to the repo even if they are
autogenerated, as we do with share-subdirs.lisp.

If "make clean" still deletes these .exe files afterwards I will protest
here again, though ;-)

Does anyone have a good idea on how to prevent that?
