Summary: Usage of gammagreek and %gammagreek

Initial Comment:
Maxima uses the different symbols %gammagreek and gammagreek for the same function.

In hyp.lisp the symbol %gammagreek is used:

(%i1) z^a/a*hgfred([a],[a+1],-z);
(%o1) %gammagreek(a,z)

But in hypgeo.lisp the symbol gammagreek is used:

(%i2) assume(s>0,a>0)$

The integrand with %gammagreek does not work:

(%i3) specint(%gammagreek(a,t)*exp(-s*t),t);
(%o3) 'specint(%gammagreek(a,t)*%e^-(s*t),t)

Now we use the symbol gammagreek:

(%i4) specint(gammagreek(a,t)*exp(-s*t),t);
(%o4) gamma(a+1)*s^(-a-1)/(a*(1/s+1)^a)

I think we should use only the symbol gammagreek. It might be even better to introduce the symbol gamma_greek to be more consistent with the names of other functions related to the gamma function.
