#4295 Add Jabobi Amplitude

We should add one. The reporter basically just wanted numerical evaluation over the real line for the first arg. Presumably he wanted the second paramter to be less than 1.

In any case, for completeness, we should support as much as possible for numerical evaluation and also whatever simplification rules we can do, along with differentiation.

Strangely, there's a def-simplifier for jacobi_am. However, this version isn't quite right because jacobi_am(99.0,0.1) returns a 0.95.... so the periodic behavior of the function isn't supported.
