gamma_expand should be documented (and mentioned in the docs for gamma_incomplete and friends).

A nice feature enhancement would be allow gamma_expand to have a value so that gamma_incomplete(a,z) is expanded if a < gamma_expand.

This was fixed some time ago. ? gamma_expand gives documentation now.
