#1614 search path grows

Every time when Maxima is called from the command line via maxima.bat, "set path" is appending paths to the search path
thus increasing the search path unlimitedly.
The appended workaround avoids that deficiency by copying the path variable to "oldpath" at first call of maxima.bat and setting the
path variable to oldpath with the appended maxima paths.
