+ enter is not working on add goal-> select goal dialog
+ if delete a custom goal an exception is thrown and buttons stop to update.

1. Preferences dialog implemented (for fonts, and execute dialogs)
2. Tab layout policy on console is changed to more usable one (was multy line but now is single line with scrollers.
3. Memory for maven runs reduced to 256MB (from 1024MB). Next release will include configurable execution enviroment through preferences dialog.
