#1 opt-formproc module source

Annexed is the initial source for a opt-formproc
module, which is being offered to the Maverick team in
the event they would like to add it to the SourceForge
CVS. The JARs are being provided as a separate upload.

Is there a working example of how to use formproc with
maverick.

There's a opt-formproc version of the FormProc example in
the distribution.

I get the following error running the FormProc example ..

javax.servlet.ServletException: Form configuration not found
for 'register' at
net.sf.mav.opt.controller.ThrowawayFormProcBean.go
(ThrowawayFormProcBean.java:173)

Aslo, it seems that the dist example is missing the
velocity.properties file.
