added method toString() that generates a descriptive list of the modules used in this strategy to describe it. Added log-output in finish() with the number of plans actually handled (see feature-request http://matsim.org/node/116 )

changed the TestSuite after a test moved to a subpackage.

New version of traffic light formats, appropriate java code and test cases. Furthermore the error handling in the MatsimXMLParser has been extended by a better source localization. Also a new Method was added to the MatsimTestCase, which allows access to test files on package level.

somewhat optimised version of otfvis

removed obsolete colorizer for transims snapshot, since colorizing is now done by post processing. a corresponding package could be found in my playground
