changed method addNotNullParameterToMap() to add parameters with null-values as well to the map.

support for reading parameters that have the value set to "null" -- they are simply ignored.

Modules are written even if they do not have any parameters set.

added functionality to transimssnaphotwriter to make use of the "user data" field. This field holds a String value and could be used for example to colorize vehicles dependent on origin or destination. The value has to be set via Person.setVisualizerData(String).
