changed name on class

now reads control input multi-bottleneck

extended to print size of scored subpopulation

Replaced calls to Config.setParam() with the corresponding calls with calls of the new config groups.
Removed the then no longer used constants in Simulation.java.

converted some comments above methods to javadoc.

deleted the class as it was nowhere used, and I don't see when it could be used soon... so I removed the class, after all it was also me who wrote it once....

added javadoc. removed some unnecessary if-conditions.

code cleanup, removed unused private members.

The multi-bottleneck model, fresh from the oven.
