now more or less consistent accross routing classes (only Trip just
uses "List<PlanElement>", but as it is a final class and
List<PlanElement> only appears in return types, the change here
would really just be cosmetics).

generify MainModeIdentifier, to make it directly applicable on the output of a TripRouter

List<PlanElement> ----> List<? extends PlanElement>

usual separation "framework" and "usage"
