DI is now the only way to go, so no need to have it in the name

Revert r33188 "do not try to identify joint trips as trips"

this crashes because interactions have no location, and I considered
latter that this kind of dependency between packages was not that
terrible as a first step...

bugfix and improvement in safety

test code for gunnar. i haven't quite got it yet.

clean dependencies of utils package

remove use of "usages" package from sharedvehicles

remaining small dependencies between features should be OK, but usages
should be isolated

do not try to identify joint trips as trips

(attempt to isolate "features" as much as possible)
There are remaining links between packages, but they are rather
difficult to remove as of now...

remove zurich specific stuff from JointScenarioUtils

reduce dependency of socnetsim on ivtExt

all remaining dependencies can be moved to the contrib at creation

move pseudo sim out of socnetsim
