AbstractTaxiOptimizer and TaxiScheduler refactored

some changes in router and optimizer classes because some trips weren't routed correctly or weren't picked up by taxis. added some controler and event listeners to dump some statistics

removed teleported modes from sim and scenario is working well now. The problem is with mode params, if I use bike as main mode and set ModeParams in palnCalcRoute(), ClassCastException is thrown. But, using deprecated method at the moment.
