log level for the two multi node dijkstras

do not log warnings for location choice multi node dijkstra

suppressing warns sure does not sound the best idea in the world, but it
seems possible that no route is found.

do not use multimodal router.

No idea why this was used, but it did not do anything that the default
was not doing.

great, I am officially stupid.
Chain based modes were wrong in joint trip insertion for all my past
runs --- and according to the comments, I knew it would happen. nice.
Hopefully the results are not *too much* affected, for car at least,
as I do not teleport vehicles but wait for them --- inconsistent car
tours get a very bad score and disappear.
