No idea why this was used, but it did not do anything that the default
was not doing.

great, I am officially stupid.
Chain based modes were wrong in joint trip insertion for all my past
runs --- and according to the comments, I knew it would happen. nice.
Hopefully the results are not *too much* affected, for car at least,
as I do not teleport vehicles but wait for them --- inconsistent car
tours get a very bad score and disappear.

change comment

get main mode identifier and stage types from router

added some functionality in order to allow some adjustments in snapshot drawing

fail with meaningfull error msg in case of pb

Removed MyLinksUtils call that is located in the unused project.
Added separate vehicles for carsharing.

deprecate setOverwriteFile() (see MATSIM-237)
