bugfix --- a nasty one!

great, I am officially stupid.
Chain based modes were wrong in joint trip insertion for all my past
runs --- and according to the comments, I knew it would happen. nice.
Hopefully the results are not *too much* affected, for car at least,
as I do not teleport vehicles but wait for them --- inconsistent car
tours get a very bad score and disappear.

solve problem with location choice and overwirting files

temporary hack. Better solution has to be found for location choice.
