solve memory leak

LexicographicForCompositionExtraPlanRemover did not remove the joint
plans from the JointPlans container. This was not a (visible) problem
when the joint plans were only kept in the cache of the individual
plans, but it is one now that we need to use the map even for plan with
a cache.

actually, Scenario is and IdFactory (not only ScenarioImpl): remove check and cast

change starting params

use the Id factory from scenario for more memory optimization

do not load network (not used)

avoid unnecessary memory consumption by clearing the caches after use

add a clear method

script for dilution of a scenario with social network

retains the usual agents as well as their alters.

add remove method
