GRIPS:
-changed module work flow (no jumping back after current module's purpose is fulfilled)
-analysis: displaying agent quantity now in respect of the chosen sample size
-shapes: added bool fromFile to prevent displaying invalid shapes after module switch
-population area selector: reopening a population file will remove currently displayed population shapes that have been loaded from a file
-evac area: will be reloaded on module switch, if not flagged as 'from file'

Simplified ParallelQNetsimEngine. Workaround for agents that end their first activity immediately is not necessary anymore due to commit 28217 (thanks, Michael).
Now throw an exception if somebody tries to (re-)activate nodes or links the wrong way.
