Commit [r283]  Maximize  Restore  History

- renamed MGC.Coordinate2Coord() to MGC.coordinate2Coord() to be consistent with the other methods as well as with the Naming Conventions.

- fixed several JavaDoc errors
- simplified MGC.coord2Point()
