decrease level of log messages from warn to trace

Warn messages should be reserverved for cases when something unexpected
occurs. Trace messages are done to track very basic changes in the
debugging process, which those log messages were included for.

Reason: I got very confused by those warnings, and though something in
my simulation got wrong. This may happen to others.

I guess it is fine, as the log messages were included in a commit which
said "Eventually need to be cleaned up or removed"

The commit also said: " I need to git-commit to be able to do git-svn
rebase". You may want to have a look at git stash (resp. git
cherry-pick) to rebase with a dirty index (Resp. prune unnecessary
commits before pushing to a remote repository/ git-svn-dcommiting) in
the future.

allow to modify from config which selector is used to select plan to mutate

all selectors usable as standalone strategy are usable.

GroupPlanStrategyFactoryRegistry does not provide access to factories anymore, but to create methods instead
