grips:
-added polygonal selection to evacuation area selector
-population id is now comprehensible
-analysis: choosing number of cells instead of cell size in meters
-analysis: updated utilization visualization
-renamed matsim scenario generator to simulation computation (now in package simulation)

I'm not allowed to do this.

extend way sorting:
- remove network cleaner, instead filter ways representing platforms and bus/tram stops
- treatment of loop ways with no intermediate nodes (= ignore)

analyze only the part of the population we are interested in...

Fixed Issue 198 and added a test case.

simplify code

cache joint plans in individual plan

the special Plan implementation is package protected, and used only from
JointPlans. It allows to avoid expensive Map lookups, which are
performed only for plans which are not of the specific implementation.

use BinaryMinHeap directly instead of Wrapped

the cost of the map lookup at each add operation made the improvement in
sorting speed useless.
