Adapted MultiModalSimulationTripRouterFactory. So far, only multi-modal trips could be handled, but e.g. no car trips. Now, those trips are handled using a default trip router.

Bugfix: withinDayEngine.doSimStep(...) was called twice per sim step.

Adapted EditRoutes to be compatible with the new TripRouter concept (creating new legs instead of just replacing the routes of existing ones; alternating activities and legs are still expected).

evacuation analysis: added various features, though still not finished yet

FuzzyTravelTimeEstimator should be thread-safe now.

Updated model that calculates a household's latest accepted leave time (now use a Rayleigh distribution instead of a linear one).

removed the now unused travelCost field in PlanomatModule

organize imports

equals checks if the argument is null

reflects the changes in the controler

The initialisation of the TripRouter in the
MultimodalSimulationTripRouterFactory is now similar to the code in the
controler.
