The initialisation of the TripRouter in the
MultimodalSimulationTripRouterFactory is now similar to the code in the
controler.

Introduce usage of PlanRouterAdapter

All places where the routing algorithm was cast to PlansCalcRoute now
use PlanRouteAdapter.
