removed unecessary dependencies (balmermi and meisterk) and removed the only (unused) file making the balmermi dependency necessary.

simplified the configuration procedure: there is now one single trip
router factory instance, that one can thus configure directly.

new tests of critical behaviors

simplified constructor

do not put times in "trip structure" legs. They now only contain (main) mode. The reason is that the structure analyse should not fail for the reason of inconsistent times.

removed planomat v2: the replacement for planomat is based on tabu search, not genetic algorithms

removed the wrapping PlansCalcRoute, which was ugly, unsafe, and not used. Cleared the tests in consequence.

fix of the failing test: for mono-legs trips, the instance of the plan was used as a "trip" (on purpose). A nasty side effect was that the "main mode" was not detected for those trips: transit_walk legs remained transit_walk forever.
