starting to get rid of dependencies

Added class to find a random point inside geometry. Vividsolutions' code seems to bugger it up.

imputation of node coordinates

- first well working version
- still has to be cleaned up

javadoc improvements and interface cleaning

corrected failing tests by making the test more tolerant.
Still failing, but this time the reason for the fail should be corrected.

QT builder updated.

Added decision models to evacuation code and simplified other parts of the package.
