Added MZConstants to tidy up the code, and make it easier to edit parsers encoding...

randomized the choice of the hitch hiking spots in routing. The choice
is guided by a weighting object, which default implementation makes the
choice of previously more frequented spots more probable.

removed unused created instances of the routing modules.

added a "passengerDepartsWithDriverEvent" event, which allows to check
which passenger travels with which driver, and to compute occupancy
easily.
