fixed a bug in Dijkstra's Preprocessing, returning the wrong incident nodes for a given node, probably resulting in inferior performance because dead ends where incorrectly pruned. Thanks to Sergio for spotting this!

Fixing the ptCadyts-refactoring from r20351, r20424, r20427, r20435: This refactoring changed the test at the same time, so there was no guarantee that the code is still doing the same thing. Changed the test back to the original values and corrected the refactoring of the test-input config. and Tadaa... the test works again without changes to the expected values and proves that, if the refactoring of the config parameters is correctly done, the code still produces the same result as before. That's what tests are for!
