Handling of border crossing almost finished (HandleBorderCrossingTrips).
Until now:
- 230 persons removed for having all plan abroad
- 3 people removed due to undefined negative coord (people who didn't sleep at home, and didn't specify coordinates)

starting to create draft for electric vehicle contribution.

Changed IPF writer as per Wilna's specifications.

finally written some own code to get all flights on time

Changed DateString to use underscore, and not dashes.

improvements for grips otf visualization

Added LongConverter to the objectAttributes.
Also did some formatting on the Coord javadoc

Very important note in the java doc.
TODO: We should switch to a newer version of the geotools anyway.
