Moved date string class to different playground. Will update other dependencies later.

final scoring refactorings. calculating scores is now more or less separate from writing to plans. if it is needed, in can be split into two methods

Scoring functions are now initialized eagerly. Otherwise, agents which do not produce an event will just keep their score from the last iteration, which is event worse that getting 0.0, which is what happens now. At least, the scoring function should be asked. And our current scoring function says 0.0
