Scoring functions are now initialized eagerly. Otherwise, agents which do not produce an event will just keep their score from the last iteration, which is event worse that getting 0.0, which is what happens now. At least, the scoring function should be asked. And our current scoring function says 0.0

update to use etappen.dat file to handle border crossing trips (in progress). Now there's an ObjectAttributes object for weges called wegeAtttributes, which saves the etappen information that can be valuable in the future (it has for exmaple, the detail of type of car used: car-sharing, rental, household-car, etc).
