straightened the interface (it was inconsistent, you could as for a person-specific link cost but iterate over non-person-specific cost values).

Several useful edits:

- Added analysis package, which contains an event handler & tool to analyze total transit route boardings by time of day.
- Made some changes to the CreatePlansFromTrips code; it can now handle household weight factors by expanding them an integer number of times.
- Some additional changes to the gtfsutils package.
- Added a utility which creates a 'population' of vehicles for a transit schedule with multiple vehicle types (like Marcel's CreateVehiclesForTransitSchedule)
- Re-wrote my GO-Transit schedule parser
