corrected parameter-comment which is written to config.xml

moved some more helper methods up into AbstractController

added an import statement to make the code compile

modified the use of config in AbstractController such that is is not longer a private field that may be shadowed in downstream classes

Added further FastRouter implementations. All instances created by the same RouterFactory share a single routing network. Each instance contains an array where node costs are stored. Doing so should reduce the amount of memory used significantly.
