reintroduces gz: du does not agrees at all with gzip -l, and says compression works well...

output not gziped anymore: gzip -l gave a compression ratio of -4221.3% !!! probably not redundant enough to be compressed.

moved a slightly modified version of traffic signal tutorial back to org.matsim as it had nothing to do with otfvis except one line of code. added vis tutorial for traffic signals
