Code to analyze evacuation simulation results.

RandomCompassRouter: use agentId and replanning time as seed for random number generator to create deterministic replanning results also when the number of replanner is changed.

Within-day Replanning: when a replanner replanned only a fraction of all identified agents (using replanning probability option), each thread used its own random number generator to select agents to be replanned. Therefore, simulation results changed when the number of replanning threads was changed. Now agents to be replanned based on a given replanning probability are selected in the main thread.

QSim / InternalInterface: removed synchronized tag from rescheduleActivityEnd(...). Tag should not be necessary anymore since the implementation in the ActivityEngine is (or at least should be) thread-safe now.
