fixing a test failure. cannot shadow variables from AbstractController in Controler. I had this already fixed but had an incomplete commit from git into svn :-(.

fixed not compiling playground

this compiles but I don't know if it runs (have moved some methods into an AbstractController class

re-introducing the argument-free constructores for the core listeners for backwards compatibility. most of its occurences are in the playground of one phd student who is close to finishing. suggest to wait with cleanup until afterwards

relaxing the ScenarioImpl requirement for PersonPrepareForSim to Scenario
