add a new, simplified constructor just taking a config object. Makes more sense in my opinion than having a constructor to pass 4 elements which are part of the same container anyway.

additional tests for IdentifiableArrayMap after having some problems (unrelated to this map, as I learned later...)

bugfix in ObjectAttributesXmlWriter, which did not use the conversion provided by custom AttributeConverters, but just used toString(). incl. Test case

some herbie specific settings for joint trips

reimplemented "joint trip possibilities", in a way which does not need plan element ids.
new joint trip mutator, using this new implementation.
JTMC modified to take into acount synchro again (was broken by deletion of JointLeg)
JointPlanRouter approach to update plan element modified, so that multi-leg trips can be handled

Code for within-day evacuation scenarios.
