removed the setPerson method from the SubNetworkDijkstraTravelCostWrapper: the person field was not used, and it overrided a final method from Dijkstra, which have to be final to ensure the good working of the algorithm

corrected: initial nodes were not correctly added

debugged because of deprecation of initialStepSize in cadyts.

Bugfix: MultinodeDijkstra did not remember the person, and thus did not pass it to the disutility estimators.
Dijkstra now provides a protected setter for the person field, so that subclasses can set the field.
