Headings of the classes

moving a class only used in OTFVis to contrib/otfvis, which allows to remove a dependency from matsim's pom.xml.

fix some tests, make sure test cases use MatsimTestCase.loadConfig() to load config files so the correct output paths are used and output directories are cleaned (on the build servers, some logfiles accumulated to multi-gb size because the tests didn't correctly initialize the config / output directory)
